    We provide free shipping within Australia.

    We process orders on working days between Mondays and Fridays. Generally, we hand over orders to Australia Post on the same or the next working day. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email, which includes a tracking code. This code enables you to track the progress of your order via the Australia Post website.

  • RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

    The large majority of customers are very happy with our products. In case a product does not satisfy your expectations you have the right to return it to us. The good must must, however, be in the same condition as when they were delivered. (For more details click here.)

    • We cannot accept or refund returns of opened or damaged items, because our products are legal classified as food.
    • When returning e.g. two monthly packs of a 3-month value bundle the volume discount does not apply. Return charges may apply for the return of a partial order.

    Your purchase from us is 100% secure. You are entitled to refunds through PayPal if the reason qualifies.

  • STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

    You are able to track the status of your delivery by logging into the online shop at any time. We are in the process of logging information about payments and invoices in this area too. You can also track the physical progress of your order by inserting the tracking code you have received by email into the dhl website.
